In the urban centre of the town you can see the ruins of a Roman home which were removed from a Roman villa located in the outskirts of the town. The ruins date back to the 2nd and 1st centuries BC. Other Roman sites have been found in the town, but they have not been excavated yet.
It includes the Cultural centre of Creixell, the municipality’s interpretation centre, an exhibition room, and the town’s tourist office. It is a majestic home built in 1783. The building contains a family home and a medieval tower (the tower of Can Xacó), which was a military building during the 14th century.
